Your Custom Team Build Event
My current
site for Corporate team builds is at the Princeton Whole Foods Market on
Route 1 in Princeton NJ. In this facility, I can take 10-12 students
for a hands-on class where everyone participates in the food preparation
and production of a meal or dish. In this class, students use cutting
boards, stand at the central island, cook, wear aprons and are
encouraged to participate. They enjoy a meal together afterwards and TV
screens show the cutting action on large screens. This event would allow
for 20-25 people. After the demonstration, the meal would be served for
all to enjoy.
What to Cook and Cost
How much
time do you want to invest in the team build? - Half day? A couple
hours? All day? Do you or your group have an idea of what you want to
accomplish - would it be a whole meal you make together? Would it be 2
teams making pizzas and having a contest at the end? Would it be fun and
tedious hors d' oeuvres? Provide me with insight and I will customize
your class give you prices based on a minimum of 10 students.
Reserving a Date for Your Event
Please plan ahead and reserve your event at least 1 month in advance.
Kitchen Rental Fees
The Whisk
and the Spoon, the instructional kitchen at Whole Foods Market in
Princeton, NJ, may be rented for $550 on a weekend day or for $350 on a
weekday. This fee is additional to the individual instruction fee.
Class Fees
