Breakfast served daily at 8:30 am each morning. You may encounter - fresh Brioche, confitures, fresh strained yogurt, Cheese Soufflé, Croissant, Sticky Buns; Fresh Fruit salad or Eggs Benedict served with Fresh Squeezed Orange or Grapefuit Juice, Coffee; Teas and Infusions. Special Requests for Mimosas and Bloody Marys. Participants may enjoy fruits of the island during the morning hours such as Day Boat Excursions, Massage or Yoga sessions . Cooking class starts at 3:00 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a break around 6:30 pm. Topics to be covered while we prepare the evening's meal - knife skills; organic produce; organizing and prepping a dinner party and using fresh herbs . At 7:15, aperatifs and hors-d'oeuvres commence with a group dinner at 8:00pm. Special emphasis will be given to plating each course and the class will participate in the creation of the plate.

When you make a reservation, a full payment is required and must be paid by check; cash or PayPal. No reservation will be valid until the deposit is received. Reservations for the culinary portion must be made no later than 3 weeks prior to the first day of the retreat. I
